Take 5 Oil Change

I had a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Quaker and 114th! Scott was exceptional from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. The entire team was efficient, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change and highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Scott!

Good lord this was the worst oil change I’ve had. Mason and Brayden just followed each other around with zero sense of urgency or ethic. It took an hour and everyone else in the other bays was waiting the same time. When asked why they couldn’t complete a task without each other the response was : “it’s company policy for two people to be on a car”. Well then just have one bay open instead of 3 people waiting on half effort by two dudes.

Oil change service was completed. Air filter was checked and shown and wiper blade condition was requested. They did a complimentary check on coolant exchange, but did not confirm fluid fill-ups and tire pressure as should have been apart of the complimentary check. Did not request to reset maintenance/oil light. Experience did not feel as confident from employees.

I had a great experience! The guys were very nice! I was offered shade and a bottle of water while I waited so that my son and I weren’t in line in the hot sun while we waited! They got my oil changed in a timely manner and I will be back!
